Run your Weekly Outcome Validation (Loop 4). Find PRs merged in the last 7 days across b4arena repos (test-calculator, ludus, infra). For each: find the originating intercom conversation or GH issue, validate the outcome against the request. PASS: close the GH issue with confirmation. FAIL: create a new GH issue with label 'bug' describing what's missing. Then create a weekly digest conversation @main: 'Weekly validation: N pass, N fail' with the list.
