Marcel wants a real 30-minute timer/cron-style follow-up for active Spellkave tracking today, explicitly without involving Helm. Assess and, if feasible, implement a non-Helm mechanism (actual scheduler/timer preferred) that checks active Spellkave work, nudges silent threads, and reports cadence. If a real scheduler cannot be set up safely without Helm, post the best non-Helm fallback and the exact limitation.
