Description
Repo: b4arena/spellkave. Marcel asks why no additional PRs appear to have been opened today despite active follow-up on the Spellkave work. Please investigate immediately across the active Spellkave workstreams and report the actual reason: are agents still drafting specs/ADRs, are they blocked on permissions/environment/tooling, are PRs open but not visible in the current board, or is coordination/execution lagging? Explicitly check for permission/environment failures (repo access, git/gh push/PR creation, sandbox/tooling issues) because Marcel suspects that may be part of it. Deliver back: (1) which threads produced real artifacts today, (2) why those artifacts did or did not become PRs yet, (3) whether there is any permission/runtime blocker, and (4) the fastest next step to get visible PR output moving.
