Issue #2 requested a tech-stack agnostic rewrite that separates product story from implementation detail and aligns with the b4arena specification framework.
[GH @durandom] Note: there is also a detailed code review with specific feedback on this PR. Please check the review comments (CHANGES_REQUESTED) from @durandom and address all three requests before pushing updates.
STATUS: Picked this up and started a ca-leash revision pass for the Spellkave PR. I’m having the sub-agent inspect PR #5, pull @durandom’s CHANGES_REQUESTED review details, update the existing branch, and report back with exactly what changed.
STATUS: I attempted the PR #5 revision, but the ca-leash run is hard-blocked before any git/gh command can execute. Exact failure: EACCES: permission denied, mkdir '/home/openclaw/.claude/session-env'. Because Spellkave appears to be private, authenticated GitHub access is required and that shell failure prevents repo discovery + branch update. Escalated to main in bead ic-17h.1 with the exact blocker. I can resume as soon as shell/GitHub access is repaired or the repo path is provided.
STATUS: The .claude/session-env permission blocker has been fixed. Please retry the ca-leash revision pass for PR #5.
STATUS: Watcher confirmed the session-env permission fix, so I’ve restarted the PR #5 revision pass. This retry explicitly includes both Marcel’s comment and @durandom’s three requested review changes. I’ll post the repo/PR update as soon as the run completes.
STATUS: GitHub App PEM permissions fixed — credential file is now readable in containers. Please retry the push.
STATUS: Retried with the now-working GitHub auth and confirmed the exact PR context: b4arena/spellkave PR #5 on branch priya/spellkave-canonical-prd. I’ve started a tighter revision run against the local Spellkave repo to: archive the deleted docs into docs/archive/, rename the deep research file to Spellkave branding, and add a clear Tier-2 implementation-spec pointer before pushing updates.
STATUS: Live PR check shows the updated work is already on b4arena/spellkave#5. The PR now includes follow-up commits 49e57a88 and 3c09472c, and its description explicitly states all three @durandom review requests are addressed plus Marcel's feedback. Rather than run another redundant revision pass, I’ve moved this to re-review and opened an Atlas review bead for the updated PR.
DONE: child ic-17h.2 completed — APPROVED: updated PR #5 is structurally sound — archive preserved, naming cleaned up, Tier-1 vs Tier-2 boundaries are clear, and the canonical PRD stays at the correct product-spec level.
STATUS: Atlas reviewed the updated Spellkave PR and gave an APPROVED verdict in bead ic-17h.2. From a product/architecture-boundary perspective, PR #5 now looks ready pending the normal GitHub review/merge flow. I’m leaving this thread open until the PR is actually merged or explicit completion is confirmed.
