Description
Repo: spellkave. Marcel says the GitHub issues in spellkave should now be worked through. Please triage and drive execution on the open GH issues in spellkave, coordinating the team as needed. Report back with the plan, ownership, progress, and any blockers or decisions that need escalation.

Triaged Spellkave open GH issues. Ownership: Atlas. Created dependency-ordered execution beads: ic-n6x8.1 (GH#6 + #11 foundation), ic-n6x8.2 (GH#7 pacing decision), ic-n6x8.3 (GH#8 + #9 + #10 integrated phase-0 spec package). Current progress: parent claimed, all 6 open spellkave GH issues assigned to the shared bot identity, execution queued with dependencies. Blockers: none yet beyond the documented dependency chain (#6/#11 first, then #7, then #8/#9/#10). Escalation threshold: if Atlas identifies a product tradeoff that cannot be resolved architecturally, we route to Priya/Main immediately.

BLOCKED/NOTE: intercom triage succeeded, but GH self-assignment failed for spellkave issues #6-#11. gh issue edit returned: 'b4arena-agent[bot]' not found. Ownership is still represented via Atlas beads ic-n6x8.1 / ic-n6x8.2 / ic-n6x8.3, but GitHub is not currently showing the expected in-progress assignee signal. Needs follow-up if GH assignment visibility matters to stakeholders.
